The DDS central team are based between Mallorca (covering the whole Euro zone) and the UK (covering all areas outside of the EU). We use English language for all initial communication and correspondence.
We have consultants based in each country in which we operate, and they all can speak and communicate in the English as well as the local language.
Paul Smith

Director
One of the founding Directors of DDS (UK) in 2003, Paul then went on to establish the DDS SL company in Spain in 2019 as part of DDS’s pro-active approach to BREXIT and supporting our international clients. Paul has over 30 years' experience in supporting clients across international operations and is responsible for both the DDS (UK) and DDS SL (Spain) company operations.
Sam Gaiger
Safety Manager (International)
Since joining DDS (UK) 12 years ago Sam has worked closely to support Paul with a wide range of international clients. Sam is now responsible for the whole of the International operation and manages the central team and in-country consultants that support all our clients.
Julie Blakeman
Administrator (International)
Julie provides day to day contact support with all our international clients and supports Sam to coordinate all our in-country consultants and their activities with our clients' requirements. Normally the first person that our clients speak to Julie is always on hand to help, support and listen to your needs. Julie also speaks fluent French
John Jeffery

John is a recent addition to an ever-increasing central support team. John is one of our senior H&S consultants helping to provide balance and expertise with the right level of support to our clients and their operations.
